I need some high protein foods for breakfast. I don't like eggs though. Any ideas?

Chicken, tuna, turkey, fish, some nuts and milk?
    Plenty to pick from.

My favorite high protein breakfast is:

    -Cottage cheese or Greek yogurt
-Berries or dried fruit (raisins work well with the pumpkin)
    -Some pumpkin butter
    -Walnuts

Mmmmmmm.  You can replace walnuts with some ground flax, too, for a nice flavor difference.

I usually drink one liter of milk along with a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast. Around 35-40g of protein Smiley
