All of this stuff you have on your plate probably came from a box or something. So it'll probably have all the nutrition stuff on it. gotta count the calories yourself man! Don't be lazy. That does not look like the healthiest meal ever though (besides the chicken). Stay safe!

~450-500 calories depending on the beef patty.
~180 calories of rice ~100 calories for the egg if it was fried in butter/oil remainder in the beef.

350 rice , 200 patty , 150 eggs(if there is 2 there) and 120+ for each table spoon of olive oil (if you added) i think thats too much rice if you are eating 5-6 meals. but if you are eating 3 meals its ok

haha thats how i used to think!! until i thought wait a minute egg whites and turkey breast aint brown!! then my head exploded!! but anyways as someone who eats too much rice i know thats 320-360 calories there.
