How in the world do u ppl get 400g of carbs a day!?
Each piece of bread has 13g carbs so I'd have to eat 30 pieces

Try foods such as steel-cut oats or those that list whole wheat, whole oats, or other whole grain as their primary ingredients. Also, brown rice and rice in general has plenty carbs. If you're looking for variety, there is bulgur, wheat berries, millet, or hulled barley. Beans are another great source of carbs and have a fair amount of protein too
