If you're at 4% body fat and gaining 10 lbs of muscle a year you're doing something right so I probably wouldn't worry about cheating once every three weeks, even if it's dinner. Even if you go overboard that one meal, I think the results would be negative, but won't destroy your physique if you keep doing whatever you have been doing. If you want that one cheat meal, you deserve it after all of your hard work. If you feel that it makes you physically uncomfortable and you don't want it, then skip it I guess, but it sounds like you enjoy it so keep it up Thanks a lot pal, and you're definatley right i definatley do enjoy it

you don't need to feel guilty, consuming such small amounts will have no effect on you. allow yourself cheat meals here and there so you can keep sane, or else you'll end up binging and losing the progress you have struggled to achieve. use fitness as a means, not as an end. remember, you're into fitness to improve the quality of your life. if you feel better off without it, by all means you can quit.

Totally agree, I'm approaching my diet in the way that its a lifelong commitment. Would I live a life sans burgers, beer, and some ice cream every now and then? No way! (not necessarily in that order! ) However that doesn't give me a "eat and drink whatever I want" pass either, that way is what got me overweight and unhappy with my health. So mix it up, like one of the posters here said, no McD burger, but a home cooked one. Beer. . . yeah thats good the way it is =) Yogurt or a smoothie instead of ice cream. There are smarter choices to be had then "cheat foods". So if I had to answer the op's question, it would be sunday lunch, but to call it a cheat food would hurt my steak's feelings :)

Very very seldom will I stray. If I do I really limit myself.
For instance, I'll have a single small cookie or a bite of something.
Something I'm actually really happy about is my inability to stomach highly processed unhealthy foods. I couldn't finish a whole fast food burger for the life of me. Also, I can't drink soda or anything carbonated anymore. If I do I get horrible stomach cramps, since I've become so accustomed to non carbonated drinks.
I would say the most consistent "cheat" thing I've done is on two occasions in the last 3-4 months was drink a few beers. Again, something I rarely ever do.

Never really, at weeks i eat healthy meals and at weekends often too, if I eat fast food it's usually for meal when I don't got time to eat healthy and I don't eat fries so it contains the soda and hamburgers.
I don't eat candy or chocolate, no popcorn, no potatoe chips. My only weakness is Carbonated drinks and ice-cream that I perhaps twice a week but then again my meals contain more protein than it should which I need to fix somehow. Strange thing is: I more than consume all my carbs every single day, and still managed to gain fat.
