I have a 200gr premium chocolate bar with nuts and raisins hidden in my closet since february and I am still trying to figure out when and how to eat it lol.
Chocolate (premium chocolate with high cocoa value) is actually very very good for you. High in anti oxidants, fibre and trace minerals. So I don't consider it a cheat (candy bar yes, 70% cocoa of better chocolate no). So what I do is break a piece the size of my thumbnail and let it melt in my mouth. By the time it's all melted the mental part of the craving is long gone. General I go through 100g in 4 weeks. For me that is 2000cal (my bars). So not bad at all.

Yea with high cocoa value is great but the one I have is white chocolate (delicious non the less) (575 kcal/100g), what I meant by premium was that it was an expensive piece of chocolate . Interesting idea of letting it melt slowly, I'll give it a try. And just maybe those nightmares with a chocolate man ,with 2 nuts for biceps, hunting me might stop...

I am a guy with like 12% or 10% fat smth like that! I have a cheat day and not a meal every two sundays! What i include in my cheat day is a massive amount of food! Thats why i choose sunday which is a resting day for me (no weights no cardio)
I normally have like 350 calories per meal , on my cheat day i increase this to like 600-700 calories per meal , i read that this helps you! Wat you guys think about it? Should make a cheat meal instead of a cheat day?

i do the same. i choose to have cheat days one a week, one every two weeks, one every three weeks etc depending on how i feel i.e. whether i crave the food or if im busy. mine are always on saturdays when i dont workout. i dont count calories, but i allow myself to indulge in whatever i want. i see no problem in cheat days, except they obviously cant be more than one a week.

I agre man eat how ever much you want of whatever you want. When I was over weight, iand started to lose weight, i ate like 2,500 normal days. Then once a week I ate like 5000 maybe more if i went out to eat at a buffet or whatever. Now I have like no body fat and an extremly fast metabolsim. So ya I think it is very important.
