So far i've only cheated two times in about three months. My first cheat meal was two slices of German Chocolate cake, and my second cheat meal was boneless wings. I took my time finishing these two meals since i don't know when my next cheat meal will be. Junk food tastes way better when you eat it only once a month.

if i dont cheat 2 to 3 times a week, i'll go crazzy, get demoralized over not eating what i Love....and give up on my workout and cardio......the thought that i'll be eating a Mighty Zinger on Saturday night or a Pizza and some chocolate fudge ice cream on a sunday after a hard week is what keeps me going!
and whats awesome is that i lost soo much while eating what i like! wohoo!

I cheat almost every weekend. And I mean entire weekend. I have a few beers with my friends, crisps and other snacks, in the evening. And eat whatever I like during the day (toasts with cheese, asian food or pizza). I've been doing this last two months every weekend. The rest of the week I keep a very strict diet, do my cardio and weight lifting. During those 2 monts I've lost about 4kg (79kg ->75kg) and had my abs become more visible (went from a 2pac to a quite well defined 4pack). I really can see that I've lost fat (muscles on my arms are much more visible, more veins on my arms, etc). I'm surprised in that outcome as I was under the impression that the best I could hope for doing so would be maintain my weight... Lucky me

my cheat day is usually sunday its also my rest day.
I buy a lot of junk food( burger, chips, chocloate) and throw half of it or more aways because i feel very quilty after one small burger. the idea of doing extra cardio to lose this amount of junkfood makes me crazy, dont get me wrong i love to do cardio the feeling after heavy workout is great but sometimes you dont want to do it......
and offcourse the abs i want to get them asap. every time i look in mirror and see my baby abs becoming more visible each week is great feeling. LOVE the morning abs

Yea there are some cheat foods that are still within reasonable range of someones meal plans - daily / weekly like fruits, veggies.
I used to go out and eat allot but it got to expensive $5-20 per meal when i did eat out would be not very healthy in addition a dent into my budget. My thought is why spend the $ on somthing that is only going to prolong my progress and is not that healthy in the end for me.
But!!! on a very rare occasion I'd say Five Guys Burgers & Fries. Don't know if they are all over the U.S.A. but i know they are in Virginia.

I went through a period in which i stayed off the bad carbs for as long as 3 months, but that's when I was huge (fat). Once i slimmed down i started eating junk more and more often. Due to lack of taking measurements (cm/kg) i don't know how much of the weight i gained (75-82kg) is muscle, probably not very much of it. I tend to go through the day eating only healthy foods and at night i crack and binge on biscuits + jam + milk and stuff like that. I plan to give that up because i think i need to lose about 8 kg to show abs.

Maybe once every two weeks i treat myself to something nice, such as a Small pizza or some kebab. I just make sure i burn the calories off with cardio later that day or the next.

i let myself eat whatever i want once a week. for the other 6 days, i stick to my training, cardio and nutrition and im pin point accurate, i never ever fall off. on that one day, i can eat whatever i want. i usually just pig out. im 16, so i think its fair i enjoy myself once a week without the feeling of being constrained. this ensures that im living a healthy life, i have an incentive to not cheat as i know in 6 days i can, keeps my metabolism in check and also lets me live like a teen obviously i wish i could do it everyday, but id get fat but it really is great for me personally

Using correct technique and good form when doing any type of exercise is of paramount importance. Using correct technique a martial artist can break bricks with his bare hands and not cause injury. Using bad technique the bricks would break his/her hands. Same principle with any other exercise.

I just smashed a whole tray (like 6inches by 6inches) of cake. Whole wheat flower, with walnuts and apples in it and homemade ftw:)
