I agree my willpower isnt as tough as it used to be. Ever since i found out about cheat days and IIFYM i was doomed.

I guess I cheated today, last meal of the day anyway. I just couldn't eat any more brown rice and veggies, so I put some sweet n sour sauce in it. Tasty. 297 calories, 70 grams of carbs. Still under my TDEE though, and I haven't done cardio or worked out yet, which I will as soon as I don't feel like I'm going to burst.
Some times I feel like cheating because I am having trouble just getting to my TDEE, I usually get full up around 1500-1600 calories, I have to eat nuts to build my calorie count up.

I eat cheat meals almost everyday. But i get my protein requirements and don't go over my TDEE, then IMO it doesn't matter.

I don't like most fast food burger joints.The burgers just taste like mass produced crap made into a patty, usually. The burgers I like, are those thick 1/2-1 pound pattys you might find in a steak house, flame broiled to prefection, with a hint of redness... Medium rare. Goes best with sauteed onions, barbeque sauce, ranch, bacon, and maybe blue cheese, with a fried egg on it. The quality of the buns are also to be stressed, made from whole ingredients, and toasted to perfection. The sides, that I think go well, are baked beans and mashed potatoes with gravy, crispy coconut shrimp, and a side salad, with a glass of the finest of red wines, the ones that go for like, 1,000 dollars a bottle. But to me, that would only qualify as a cheat if I had the shrimp, wine, and ranch, other wise, its in my bounds.

I don't go for a 6 pack, I think they are overrated. If I had to guess I would say 10-12%. I do have a six pack when I flex. I supposed if you want one, you can only have a cheat meal like once or twice a week. As for cheating, it isn't huge cheats, but I have hot pockets a lot, ice cream, cookies, peanut butter, waffles, pancakes. I stay at my TDEE though and get enough protein and that is all I am for. Stops me from bingeing, if I go to strict, I will go on crazy 5000 calorie binges. Also i got for .8 grams of protein per pound not 1. I don't think that's neccessary either, but hey I guess I'm different than a lot of people here.

I only saw top 2/4ish abs, useless. now im at maintenance tryna get strength those who say loose skin goes away after a year or so, false. i was 17, its been a good 1.5 to 2 years now, nothing. kind of a buzzkill
