I don't see why people feel the need to have cheat meals. I have sympathy for the morbidly obese/super?-morbidly-obese who can find it really really difficult including people with eating disorders. Other than that it's a lack of willpower and laziness in my mind.
Food is one of the, u may say, luxury or something to enjoy in our little lives! and if u FAIL to have a taste for TASTE, pls keep it to ur self! People who eat Cheat meals DONOT lack Will power! if we had, then we would stick to our old habits and stay FATT!! Lack of Will power and laziness! Man if this weren't a friendly forum i would give u a Big piece of my mind right now!!!!! Why? I do grab a cheat meal every now and then but nothing near once a week. Unless you have an eating disorder (my father, for instance) then really it's one of the two things I mentioned

doomsday, you're way over reacting. besides, his right. if we had rock hard will power, we wouldn't cheat. it's an uncontestable truth. we aren't perfect. but it's always good to cheat, sometimes. even to just live life a little more.

I always keep it civil. I have maybe one cheat meal every 5 or 6 weeks or so, it's easier to stick to a diet if you cheat less often (you forget that 'nice' foods are nice) and yes he does have a neating disorder. He is 25 stone and is literally addicted to food, has high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, sleep apnea, a torn stomach, joint and feet problems and is alcoholic (there could be more that is being withheld). I believe that he would not have any of the above were he a healthy weight, and he became over-weight due to laziness and lack of willpower. It has spiralled out of control and he now has an eating disorder which is why I do feel sympathy when he eats badly, along with frustration at his unwilligness to act.

TBH the problem with cheat food is not the calories or lack of nutrients but the quantity one eat. Remeber why you are eating the "cheat" food because it tastes YUMMY!!! If you take your time eating it you actually get what you want without resorting to second thirds or fifths.. Case end point I had a nice piece of caramel pie yesterday, most wolfed it down and said "it was good can I have another" well it took me 20 minutes to finish it and drink my coffee and boy was it good. Now at the end I had to almost take down granny so she could not steal it but the point is that I was more satisfied then those that mowed it down in 2 minutes. So todays lesson is slow down eating your cheat food and you will get the joy you wanted much longer without busting the gut.

Kebab pizza usually once a week. Sometimes two. Unusually none. I hear it has quite a lot fat! Altho I think it's better to eat fat rather than eat sugar. I can do easily so that I'd not eat sweets or drink soda. For example till 23st December did two weeks but after the celebrating started it didn't feel better or special to eat the first sweet or drink first soda.
