I have one whenever I fancy it. I think it is really important to have one now and again, because when you go for ages without junk you will just go and binge, and you will be back to square one :/ If you have a cheat meal and stay under your TDEE then you will still lose weight For me though, it's any type of food from the local kebab house on a friday night, mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I watched a video a while ago about Arnie and the guys that he trained with back in the 70s/80s and what they used to eat before nutritional science became more advanced and he said he used to go to a buffet everyday and there would be tens if not hundreds of bodybuilders going there just to eat grilled beef burgers by the barrel-load. He said he used to cheat on a Sunday night with a huge mozzarella pizza and by Tuesday his metabolism dealt with it so he could train normally throughout the week. I can't remember the name of the video but it's on Youtube.
I only just discovered Scooby and his website and forum, I'm still in the process of assessing my fitness and body composition so I haven't started my change in diet and lifestyle yet, won't be long though, hopefully I'm going to post some before pics soon and then the afters when I reach my goal. Everyday is kinda a cheat for me but I've got the drive to do it cos I'm sick of feeling like cr*p!

i do cheat sometimes but i don't eat any cheat meals/don't have any cheat days in particular. i just change some things of my nutrition for once in a while. for example on some days i desire something sweet, like we all do. for that i always have one or two boxes of flavored soy milk (preferably banana) so when i desire something sweet i change the milk of my breakfast with that soy milk, my post workout milk would be banana flavored soy milk that day and my coffee which is normally black also contains a bit of that milk. can anyone imagine how pretty darn good banana flavored coffee tastes? always need some more of soy milk tho because it doesn't have as much protein but unfortunately it's higher in calories, sugar and fat. however, that's why it's called cheating isn't it? but that's basically it, i don't have too many cravings i got quite self disciplined. oh well, on my birthdays i actually do cheat..i just couldn't survive without cake

about once a week, i will eat a bag of potato chips or a bunch of salted cashews i suppose it's more of a cheat snack in between meals but yeah compared to like a cheeseburger and fries, i guess they're not really that bad nutrition wise

By and large it is calories in and calories out. If calories in exceed a certain amount you gain weight what ever you eat.
I eat what ever i feel like eating when i want to eat it, but I eat a lot of fruit and veg, wholegrains etc. The worst things to eat are refined carbs NOT things like fats (including saturated which is very important for body repair and test level - so eat the whole egg).

I just carb up on my cheat day.
Lol that isn't cheating at all, especially if you're going to do a lot of aerobic exercise the next day.

Actually, its not even that bad I guess, more like 4k calories. Some people eat that just to maintain. So in really I guess I didnt put on any weight.
