So, 1st let me thank you guys for this awsome website it helped me alot in the last 4 months i lost 7 kg (dont want to rush things up!!^^)
Now straight to the point, so i was boiling 80gr of pasta and ended up with ~120gr.My question is should i weigh my food before or after cooked to meet my nutrition criteria??

I need an answer to this question too. I've been staying on the safer side and have been weighing food after cooking.

Weigh pasta before cooking if you want to get the nutrients on the package (If it's not said otherwise). But you can find info about foods both cooked and uncooked on the net.
