Well, the reason why im doing this right now at the age of 17 is because well i wanna get taller.

And frankly when i was younger maybe like 7 years old till now (till yesterday only actually) that i started to drink milk. And so to speak, that i never drank enough milk last time, so now im thinking of drinking a liter everyday.

Is that good for the body? I exercise almost everyday, i jog everyday, lift weights every other day.

Im 17 years old - 5'6 - 55kg/122 pounds .

So is that alright? Like catch up on the milk thing, since i never drank that much last time?

If it fits in your macros and caloric intake then you're good to go.

Won't make you taller, but it may strengthen your bones. However, personally I'd eat a container of fat fee cottage cheese a day instead, because it's got more protein, and you can do anything with it. Plus, things like cottage cheese, cheese and yogurts have probiotics which do wonders for your digestive and immune system. Probably why I haven't been sick for a very long time, even though I haven't had my flu shot, and my dad's been sick on two occasions, being in close proximity. Milk fails to compare in this regard, as well as with the satiety factor. Another thing that will help though is eating tons of green veggies to keep your blood ph stable, thus keeping your bones from being robbed of calcium. Here's what you do, put plain greek yogurt or cottage cheese on salad with spices.
