sometimes i drink soda like... 2-4 bottles a week... Mt.dew or coke... and sometimes i eat coated peanuts and some wheat curls.. but i know it's junk foods, but these things can satisfy me...

and i drink 2-4 liters of water a day... and I think i already have fast metabolism because i started to drink 2-4 liters of water a day like for over a year....

I also workout, doing a lot of chin ups and pull ups in my room and abs exercise...

so what do you think ? =/

I'm 5'6 -  17 years old - 56kg - 14.3% bodyfat

If you still get sufficient amounts of calories, protein, carbs and fats to reach your goals, you can eat whatever you want. I lost 30kg in 6 months and I didn't give up on my beloved coca cola Cheesy

If you care about healthy living you may want to change your diet a bit. We can't say what's ''okay'' for you since we don't know your goals.

I, for one, found that a healthy diet tranfers to a lot of things: you're more focused in school, your social life gets better, better sleep etc.

Nothing wrong with it. Don't over do it but if you're nutrition is in check you should be fine. I drink about 3 liters of iced tea (bought ones, full of chemicals) a week as well. It simply is something I cannot quit on. Prolly not the healthiest thing but I am able to say that apart from that my nutrition is pretty much perfect.

I'd limit yourself to one 12oz can a week or better yet none at all, especially if you want to get down to the magical 10% bodyfat to see your abs. Soda dehydrates you it is nothing but pure sugar and it is detrimental to your teeth. If you want something sweet eat some fruit.

If it fits your macros its fine, I don't drink soda anymore except when I go out to eat especially with mexican food, but it won't magically make you fat.

Depends on what your goals are, as long as you hit your macros at the end of the day and get enough vitams/micros you will be fine.

It's okay to drink and eat junk food every now and cheat, which brings up on the topic of cheat meals, which is best done at most once a week. Smiley  You live only once, and the least you get to taste junk, the tastier it would be.  So be careful.

It's like asking whether you can smoke or do drugs, because you're young and can recover, and you enjoy the feelings it gives you. You don't need to ask anyone's permission, and just because someone else says sure doesn't mean you can justify something by default. It's up to you as to how it makes you feel. Treat junk food like a dessert IMO, and be accountable for it, and you'll be fine. You don't need anyone's permission.
