100g > 660kcal 20g of protein 9g of carbs,2g are sugars 58g of fat,9g are saturated fats 5g of fiber
and for 15g that is > 100cal 3g of protein 1,4carbs 9g of fat,1,4 is saturated fat
I really cant decide if it is healthy or not. It also says it has no added sugar in it,its just plain peanut butter
Thoughts?

Look on the ingredients list if it has any more ingredients than just peanuts and salt then no it more than likely is not healthy

Look at the ingredients. If it's just peanuts and maybe salt, then it is healthy. But if it has things like hydrogenated ____ oil or sugars added, it will not.

a healthy peanut butter will have exactly two ingredients: peanuts, salt. Other than that I agree completely, IIFYM

No need to waste, just limit it to 1-3 times a teek until its gone... Not like that 1.5-2g trans fat a week is gonna do anything. In fact you could get away with 1-2g of trans fat a day. IMO, assuming you have a really good diet otherwise, you could even get away with 1 or 2 tbsp (assuming 0.5g per serving). I know people will go crazy over this, but show me a study showing that such a minor amount would do jack. People are so paranoid about every minor detail these days, its freaking retarded as hell. Just eat the rest of it in minor amounts, feed it to poor people, etc, until its done, then make better judgments before the purchase next time. Peanuts, maybe salt, that's it.
