Carbs , 70g+ before bed. Good, or bad for losing weight, gaining muscle?

eating 30-45 min, a last meal, good / bad before bed?

statements: "dont have a ton of carbs before bed, its no good!"

2) " as long as you get the proper macros for the day, it doesnt matter when u have them.

3) its totally ok.

Can we get any solid evidence to support the answers? Ive tried looking everywhere and i get mixed answers the entire time. Ive looked through scoobys videos but I cant seem to find one explaining this possible myth or truth concept.

the concept of a normal meal before bed or carbs before bed. 30min to  a hour.

Inb4 someone answers the question after someone says to search. No one learns to search that way.

I eat a bunch of carbs before bed and I dont gain any weight.. It just depends on how your body is and your rate of digestion. Of course if you had a big meal before bed youre not going to wake up and eat a bunch.. Some people dont like breakfast so its better to eat before bed then to have a large breakfast

Can someone with great Search skills do an excellent posting on `How To Search` Not only the forums but the net as well so when one is suspected of laziness pr lack of skills, the posting can be referred to. I think CG did something? but may be need a little more depth.......

Personally, I can see why so many people don't like to search. The forum's search tool is garbage. Maybe it needs improvement to make it simpler instead of having to major in it to work it well?

There's a google searcher on the bottom of the main page. I usually just search on google with "site:askscooby.com" before my stuffs

Sadly there are so many repetitive threads asking the same questions, that the few threads which had all the answers get buried. Please read the articles on the following sites to expand your nutrition knowledge, assuming you actually want research-backed knowledge versus a "tell me the answer now".  Grin The above questions and a ton more are answered in these articles:
