           I am a highschool wrestler 160lb class.  I was morbidly obese only 2 years ago, however even though i was able to lose 70+ lbs and gained muscle, i can not lose this little tummy that is stopping me from having six pack abs.  My chest and upper abs shoe well, but the lower just wont show.  Is there a diet and workout you could recomend for me to show off the lower abs and lose that tummy?  My bmi skin fold is 11.2%  i want to go a little lower maybe 9 or even 8%.  how can i do this by losing weight in stead of cutting weight at the end of the season?  by watching your videos ive noticed you are a verry sensible man and literate, educated one at that; unlike all these other trainers ive worked with.  thank you for your time and consideration should you decide to help me out.  oh and anyone have any tips on how to get my muscle mass back?  i had to cut 16lb of muscle and 9 lb of fat, thanks all.
