What ratios do you guys go with? Im thinking about going for a 40-40-20. Is this good or is the 40-40-30 better?

in my opinion the 50-30-20 (carb, pro, fat) is a really balanced split and optimal for gaining mass, but if you are carb sensitive or want a moderate diet you could try 40-40-20 (carb, pro, fat) or trying a cyclical approach with three days going 30-45-25 and then one day going 50-30-20 to shed off fat...

I go with 30/60/10 (Protein, Carbs, Fats)
I try to keep it lean, so I wouldnt be surprised if I actually go 35/60/5 or 30/65/5.
My protein intake is roughly 1.5g per 1lbs of weight which puts me at ~225-240g of protein a day. God I get mad gasm my close friends even have a scale for the smell of my farts. Dropped a few 10's before and most of them chocked and had to leave the room or open the windows.
My favorite activity when it comes to farting is being on the school bus (im in a university, but we get shuttled from out parking lot to campus) and letting a good old fart rip when the bus is packed. I know its immature, but I just think its funny.
Anyway, I follow a variation of 30/60/10.

Thats awesome Boyar! Yes I know a lot of protein can give you real bad gas. HAHA I laughed the whole time reading that. I didnt expect it at all.
But ya I like higher protein higher carbs and lower fats myself. So I like the idea of either a 40-40-20(c,p,f) or a 50-30-20(c,p,f)
