I'm planning to eat approx 3 meals in Ramadan myself. One at Suhoor, one at iftar and one at dinner. I doubt i'll be able to stuff myself at iftar though because i dont want to feel hungry for dinner at midnight, and besides, thats not really good for you
As for how much to eat, you can follow the advice of the poster above and calculate your TDEE, then shoot for a 500 calorie deficit. Divide your portions accordingly. If you can manage 4 meals a day, even better, but Maghrib is quite late in my region this year and therefore i wont be able to pack in 3 meals after breaking my fast.
