hi guys, currently I'm having oats banana and a protien shake with no fat mill for breakfast, occasionally I swap it or baked beans on 2 pieces of flaxseed and quonla bread.

anyone give me some more suggestions looking for about 500 cal 50 p 40 c 10 fat.

    3 whole eggs = 240 calories/21g protein
    2 chicken sausages = 200 calories/24g protein
    2 slices toasted bread = 200 calories/8g protein/52g carbs

    640 cal/53g protein/56g carbs

    1 quart 1% milk = 480 calories/44g protein
    1 bagel = 250 calories/4g protein/40 something g carbs

    Etc. etc.  Or you can not worry about it and just eat lots of eggs like I do =)

    4 oz of 97/3 ground turkey  130 kcals 27g protein
    2 whole eggs                    140-160 kcals 12-14g protein
    2 slices whole wheat toast  160-280 kcals 6-10g protein
    mustard

    Total would be around 430-570 kcals 45g-51g protein

    Just compensate for fruits and vegetation in your later meals
