Hello everybody.. I'm from Denmark and 19 years old as well. I spend everyday in the gym about an hour training and can feel changes after a total of 6 months training.. I eat very well and almost never eat unhealthy food. But here's my question: Last night I were at this meeting with my football team and got a lot of food, coca cola, a chocolate bar and some popcorns. So, does this combination of unhealthy food ruin my training at any level?

Thanks a lot!

Nope.  Cheating every once and a while keeps you sane.  If your body is used to a certain diet, and then you overload it with calories, a lot of them will just pass right through you.  I mean that binge certainly didn't HELP you, but its not going to hurt you.

Keep your cheat meals (or activities) to a minimum, and continue working out regularly.  Heck, add an extra rep per set for the next few days, or up your cardio by a few minutes.  It might give you some motivation to up your routine for a bit.

But seriously, don't stress it.  You'll be fine.

You did yourself some good, helps the mind if you enjoy a rare opportunity to eat differently and enjoy it. It gets bad if it becomes a habit of doing that too often.

One day won't turn around 6 months of hard gym work, 6 months of eating candy, popcorn and chocolate and pizza will Smiley
