Is it bad for me to eat this for most of my meals if not all? I find it very easy for me to get my 6 meals a day with just this. I'm looking to gain muscle + lose fat with this diet.

The portions i eat go like this.

1 cup of oatmel
one and a half servings of non-fat milk
and a bannana or a half serving of peanutbutter.

i eat that for most if not all my meals and hit my calorie/protein needs.

Should i add some other stuff? And if so can anyone suggest some easy quick things to eat. Does not care about taste. Thanks!

A lopsided diet isn't what you want. Mix it up!

Ps: if you struggle to get those 6 meals in eat 3 meals only or whatever suits you best.

In my opinion , your body needs more than that. It's not only about gaining muscle. You must also include vegetables and meat.. but this is just an opinion

I could try 3 meals, but for now i want to try out 6, i can surely add vegetables through out the day and meat for dinner. Right now i'm thinking of -

    1.Breakfast - Whole Eggs + Veges + Meat
    2.Snack - Oatmel drink
3.Lunch - Rice with meat / sandwich with meats
     4.snack - oatmel drink
    5.snack - oatmel drink
    6. dinner - Veges - Meat - Rice / other carby things

This sound decent to you guys?

This one sounds good enough Tongue If you have the time to get all 6 or at least 5 of them a day it is perfect. Good luck !

I have found that the meals scooby shows in his videos are really pretty tasty and simple to make.  They have worked for me!!!!   Try the poo bars, they are excellent and loaded with protein!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poo bars would be good lol, but i would have to eat 2 of them 3 times a day which would give me my protein needs for the day but wouldn't leave me many choices with other meals with protein in it, don't want to get to much. Any idea how many calories the bars would be without the whey powder in it?

I don't know if I have this right, but the way I have it figured, the poo bars would have approx. 190 calories in them if you did not include the whey powder.  But again, I'm not exactly sure.

eat some meat.. arent you sick of eating same thing. also milk is not best source of protein. cuz it will make a lot of calories until you hit like 30 grams protein for one meal.

It depends on your current bodyweight how many calories you need a day.He may only need 20 grams of protein which would be like 2 and a half cups Cheesy
