There are a lot of different opinions on Pre and Post workout nutrition but are there any studies that look at meal timing and nutrition requirements for strength training?

For example...
Is it best to eat immediately after training, 30 minutes after, an hour after?  What about before training?

If anyone has any study links or thread links I would greatly appreciate it.

Just wait 1 hour after you eat and then you can workout. About after the workout i haven't heard a specific time to wait.
