Whole eggs  Grin
Only whites are 3 times more expensive, taste worse and there is not good enough reason to trow all yolks .

You don't really need protein powder, you can get all the protein you need from food.

The most important sources of protein are:

Meats: Chicken breast, turkey breast, pork loins, beef steak, lamb

Fish: Salmon, Cod, Tuna

Dairy: Milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese

Eggs

Secondary sources might be:

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, cashews, brazil nuts, peanuts, pecans

Nut spreads: Peanut butter (natural, not the sweetened and/or salted shit)

Wholemeal breads, pittas etc.

Basically there's protein in everything, it's just easier to get a lot from the primary sources, without having to take in too many calories.

There are many foods that got protein as everyone said. IMO you dont need protein powder, as long as you eat enough you will get all the protein you need
