hi guys, just thought id ask what's the best steak pork or beef Huh? and what is the best time to eat lunch or tea time and how much to eat
 per week thanks

They're all good depending on what you have. Pork tenderloin is just as lean as chicken yet bacon is pure fat, Sirloin is very lean yet beef rib are pure fat, chicken breast is very lean yet dark meat is not, so the answer to your question is whatever type of meat you like.

was just asking as I normally just eat chicken breast, tuna, fish, chick peas, for protein....thanks again

If possible you should try to take all like fish, chicken, beef, pork, steak. Everything is good, as long as it is lean Wink

    There's nothing wrong with fat. Bacon strips and fried eggs is the best breakfast out there!

    hi, as I have some fat around my mid I try to stick to good fat, clean meats so bacon for me is a no no, eggs are fine will be trying a bit more pork and beef , how much protein is there in pork/beef??... thanks for the help its much appreciated..

    Nothing wrong with fat from bacon. Sat. fats (from natural sources) are just as important for your health. To answer your second question, check out this site: http://nutritiondata.self.com

    even tho pork tenderloin is leaner and has more essential amino acids, steak has more bio-availability and more creatine so you ask beef or pork? i say TURKEY!!
