I heard that when u eat Fat it dosent digest,it gets stored on your bones in a matter of few hours.

Now,its still calories in and calories out.

But if i eat about 1500 calories from fat,i will see the fat on my bones in a few hours, and then the next day will i lose the fat i saw on my bones, since i ate 1500 calories only through out the day?

I mean the fat u see from the foods you eat,it goes away if you have made a deficit right?

If you use it properly , it goes away. If you spend your day playing on the pc it will get stored.

It's not that easy, a single macronutrient will not get stored as fat if you are in a deficit.

Caloric intake determines bodyweight.

Thanks,so that means NO macrunutrient (Carbs,Proteins,Fats) They will NOT get stored as fat,if a deficit of calories is made OR a deficit from sports is made?
