I want to know is every sort of peanut butter have salt in them?

This is my first time eating a peanut butter and my mother bought one from the store.

I also heard it has alot of calories well does it depend on which kind of peanut butter jar you bought?

My brand is Calve and it only has 670Calories per 100 grams.

15Grams has 100 Calories.

And they are really Filling! They should be this way right?

Thanks.

Normally, it will be about 100 calories per one.. or is it two table spoons? Pretty sure just one. It is caloric dense, but this can be beneficial for those trying to add in extra calories. Also, peanut butter normally doesn't have tons of salt, no... it depends how much is added. Like, mine has maybe 2 per cent sodium for a serving.

2 large table spoon full of peanut butter is delicious. Smiley However, be warned that you will gain some fat. Hehe

I love peanut butter but I rarely eat it. It has alot of good fats and nutrients that support heart and brain health but most regular store peanut butters are packed with sugars and added chemicals. If you are trying to make peanut butter a healthy snack get some all natural peanut butter or find a place that sells homemade peanut butter. Also peanut butter is filling because there's alot of calories per bite.

I took 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and put them on 2 white breads.

but its still Calories in and calories out for weight gain,so its simple.

The peanut butter i have is salty,i can only smell a good peanut flavour if i smell ir really hard, but when i eat it about 80% what i feel is a bit of salt,20% peanuts.

It says it is 85% peanuts and there is NO sugar. Which i can confirm that because i dont feel any sugar tastes, even if i smell or eat a tblsp.

And no i dont want the Elvis look,i dont know if he works out,i dont know if he eats that everyday,so i cant really tell.

Comparing to me that i workout 3 times i a week for 1 hour, intensively and i am quite in a really low bodyfat % and looking really thin. There is no fat under my skin. I only see lean muscles and a bit of skin on it which it should be that way so i cant have stretch marks.

I eat peanut butter on a daily basis, there are some brands that have no salt but the peanut butter I get has roughly 90mg per 30grams so it's fairly low. It is high in calories so portion control is key. Also never get a non natural brand as they usually contain trans fats

I'll generally have a slice of wholegrain bread with a thin layer of PB with my breakfast, I feel like it helps
keep my sane and not eat crap later. If i still meet my macro numbers, surely this amount of PB is more benefitting me?
