and i understand what scooby means.
Mine is 85% peanut butter and NO sugar, just a bit of salt.
And i dont care about fat, specially peanut butter fat. (Fat is needed, but not alot)
My primary protein source comes from fish/chicken/beef,NOT peanut butter.
So i wont eat that much peanut butters for my protein requirement which scooby actually means there.
I only will eat 2 tablespoons a day on the weekend, saturday and sunday. And thats it!

Yeah, I don't think anyone would be dumb enough to eat peanut butter for protein, or at least I hope not. It's pretty much on of the most fat/calorie rich foods, same as butter. Some people claim it as 'good fats', though I describe it as 'neutral'... Walnut butter would be really nice though, again, expensive as hell, and rare. I use it as aid for calorie intake generally and taste, limiting to 2 tablespoons... Good stuff.

I'm stupid enough to use nuts for protein. Not my main source, mind you, but...Then again, I don't hoot for 200g protein a day like some guys here do

I guess I'm a dumb fuck for spoon-eating it... but it's sooooo damn good. And it adds to the protein intake anyway.

The problem only comes when you eat it as a primary protein source, unless you are michael phelps, I eat it too. As long as you are in your calorie intake, it's okay. Even on a diet I eat it. Mainly because I need the good fats and fore some reason I can eat a good bit of fats on a diet and it doesn't effect me.

Wait a second, isn't peanut butter a good thing to eat so long as it's a healthy kind, especially for gaining muscle mass? I usually snack on an all natural brand called "Laura Scudder's"- old fashioned nutty. I heard from several people that this indeed healthy if you pour off the oil sitting at the top of the jar which I did.

PB is very calorie dense, which can be a good or bad thing, depending upon your current needs. If you're finding you need an intake of X calories a day, if you're running short PB can be a good way to help you get there. It contains good fats which (in moderation) will help lower cholesterol.
