Your nutrition is good if it yields all necessary nutrients that are required to achieve your goals.

Well my goal is building muscle (getting ripped) and lowering BF so that I have a fully visible 6 pack.

Well, it's all about balance man. I have 90% strict "bodybuilding nutrition", but I also occasionally indulge in sweets (in which chocolate is included) and alcohol. There is nothing wrong with coffee, so I won't count it as an indulgence.
My results in both muscle building and fat loss have been unaffected in that freedom.

So that means if I stick with the "eat a bit less" and "eat healthy" rich of carbs, proteins etc... I will achieve my goal when or then. Just not to make a mistake of wasting time and achieving nothing. :/
