so im 16 years old and heres my diet i eat 3 times a day:

breakfast: 1 canned tuna (in water: 30g protein) with some salad (without dressing)

lunch: 150g fish (my mom buys different tipes but i make sure theyre 30g protein pro fish) 240g red beans (15g protein) and some veggies or salad

Between: 125g yoghurt (that one that doesnt taste like nothing, i think its called greece or greek something like that with less of 2% fat pro portion)

dinner: 1 canned tune (in water: 30g protein) and beans like butter beans or red beans ( also 240g :15g protein)

are you a 70 pound female? if not i'd suggest to eat more i mean your at like less than 1,000 calories. whats your BMR and TDEE

That definitly sounds like poor nutrition. You've got a lot of canned food which may be healthy, but you can't live on that stuff alone. You need grains, fruits, and heart-healthy fats (olives, nuts, etc). If you try working out with that diet you may end up passing out which would not be good

The protein intake is not half bad - you have lots of nice complete proteins.  But what are you eating to fuel your body?  I would seriously suggest taking in some carbohydrates and fats in addition to what you are already doing.
