If I'm gonna work-study for a long time and not have a chance to eat frequently, I get a large portion of fatty red meat for breakfast. That's what keeps me full for longest, haven't found any better food in terms of satiety. I don't feel hungry until evening, and I don't think "Protein every 2-3 hours" applies in this case because it takes pretty much time to digest all the fat and meat.
I must agree with this, red meat is one of the only foods that can sate my appetite. It's one of the main reasons I include it in my diet.
