how much is to much.
i just started eating pastrami
high protein low fat but 500mg of salt per 2oz serving. i dont weigh it i guesstimate so im sure i had more than that
i had it twice today
how much is too much?

2500 mg a day is usually the limit recommended and 500 mg required.
I think.
And the average person consumes something like 5000 mg a day. Lol.
