The point is that its super hard for me to gain some weight. I am thin and skinny but not weak, I am healthy and sportive.

I dont know if maybe its wrong to have those powder proteine sources and eating meat every day and a lot of eggs and pretty much fish.

Thanks !

If you get enough protein from meat, eggs, fish, milk, beans etc then there's no need for whey powder as well. But if you aren't getting enough protein from the regular stuff, then the protein powder can be a good supplement.

Skinny as in non-muscular skinny? Or musculary skinny?

If you can obtain all the nutrients then no, you don't need protein powder.

Substituting the protein powder with normal meals is the best as long as you get all the requirements from them.

It's a supplement, meaning if you don't get enough you "supplement" your diet, so if u get enough then no, u don't need.

This will give you and idea of how your diet should be.. If you can get all of your proteins from food better, powder is not necesary. IF your body demands a LOT of protein you may use powder to complete your daily intake
