it doesnt lower your test levels, thats just what whey companys say so you buy their bad estrogenic crappy product, your body produces more estrogen then youd get from soy, but on the subject i wouldnt use soy isolate, in my opinion its a bad idea, if you want protein from soy get organic tofu or organic soya milk you get more amino acids from those sources.

I've read from sources not associated with any protein companies that Soy can increase estrogen levels and I've had others confirm this. Of course your body has a regulator and will probably compensate for that by raising testosterone? So i'm thinking no worries. But I would keep it to a minimum.

its the gmo non organic soy you have to worry about which is in anything processed. i eat alot of flax, soy, and barley in its organic form and no bitch tits here. if your worried about test levels stay away from processed foods, chemicals, pesticides, beer, heated BPA plastics, and non organic meat. some people are intolerate of phytoestrogens so they should stay away from soy. good ways to help your test levels is B vitamins, zinc, and short intensive workouts, and sex/porn this only helps your body's test production not add test into you, you can only add test with drugs/hormones.
