Soooo if you are going to eat vegetables, obviously you should, the greener the better right?

SO wouldnt it be best, idealy, to just eat full green beans and brocoli? why eat anything else? corn is useless, carrots maybe?

There's a lot of veggies that are just as good or better and carrots are really good.... I eat a lot of kale, spinach, sprouts, etc. Having a variety of food is what helps you to keep a healthy diet. Same with fruit always get a variety pineapples, green/red grapes, wild blueberries, strawberries etc.

This! Variety is key, no vegetable is the one good veggie.
