I'm 17, 6'1 200lbs and With 9%bf on my belly
Ok so they say eat ur body wieght of protien and 2x ur bodywieght of carbs
I easily get my protien in but that means I have to get 400g of carbs a day!!?!!!
How in the world can I get freaking 400g of carbs everyday!??

Heres what I usually eat
-5eggs , shredded weats and a banana= 40g of protien 70g of carbs
-protien bar=. 20g of protien 25g of carbs
-school lunch = 20-25g of protien and 50 carbs
*<workout>*
protien shake 40g of protien like 4 carbs
Go home and eat a sandwitch (2 pieces of toast and meat cheese) = 30g of carbs 20-30g of protien
Before bead deli with crackers and shreaded weats= 50carbs 30g of protien

Total around 250g of carbs and around 200g of protien
Now wtf? How can I get 400g of carbs!?!!?

if all you do is workout as your form of excercise you dont need as much carbs, if you got a manual labor job and do cardio everyday and do martial arts you will need more then 2 lbs per body weight i can tell ya that. for a guy your size that is too little carbs tho.

as in the more active you are the more you will need carbs, you need carbs to carry that "200g of protein" into your muscles so yea 300-400 is up your alley, i dont know how active you are so i cant say how much you need you will have to find out on your own.

    Sigh*  Stop worrying about it so much.  Eat enough protein and stay within your calorie budget.  That's as complicated as it needs to get.
