im trying to gain muscle so i put my info in scoobys calc and this is what i get at 15% protein, 65% carbs and 20% fat

brown rice 289g
289g of rice per serving?

? thats impossible rite? i mean we buy a pack of rice wich is 1kg so that means id need to geat 2 whole packs of rice per day...the whole family has 1 box for week...
also 15% of protein seems kinda low but i trust scooby knows what hes talking about. (ive put gain weight option)
im trying to cook in bulk so thats whay im asking, if there is smthn wrong with that...
