im trying to gain muscle so i put my info in scoobys calc and this is what i get at 15% protein, 65% carbs and 20% fat

Grilled chicken breast  40g
Brocoli 370g
brown rice  289g

289g of rice per serving?Huh?? thats impossible rite? i mean we buy a pack of rice wich is 1kg so that means id need to geat 2 whole packs of rice per day...the whole family has 1 box for week...
also 15% of protein seems kinda low but i trust scooby knows what hes talking about. (ive put gain weight option)

im trying to cook in bulk so thats whay im asking, if there is smthn wrong with that...

That would be it's cooked weight not its dry weight, that is just one sample meal. Aim for the proper amount of calories and protein for each of your meals and try to be balanced.

Mate, it's just a sample meal, not a recommendation that you should eat it for every meal  Evil

I'm guessing your activity level was set rather high, to only have 15% protein for the results? It should be close to 40% if you set to sedentary IIRC. So I'm guessing all the carbs are to fuel the reported activity. You could also get some of your calories from milk, which would be easier to drink than eating over a pound of rice and broccoli several times a day.  Cheesy
