Hello
I was wondering how much water do you guys drink with meals? i get a problem and get sick if i drink water after the meal or during the meal because i get thirsty but then when i start to eat again right after drinking i get sick and almost want to phuke. Is there any time i should wait?

Also i get really cold esp in my hands and feet if i drink alot of water each day. Say 2-4 liters a day wich isnt much in terms of what people here recommend. Why am i getting so cold?

If you drink water during eating it will make your stomach full and you will lose your apetite, that's why you feel bad because it's like you're eating too much. Drink it anytime after eating. To answer your first question on workout days i drink up to 3.5- 4 and on non-workout days i drink around 2 Smiley
