This is a protein/fiber bar that according to my understanding with nutrition is not that bad. It doesn't have that much fat as other bars. Should I eat it for a meal replacement? What do you guys think?

A good meal is always better. do not replace meals unless you have to because of time or other good reason.
The only observation i got with that bar is the anount if sugar, a little high

Looks alright but you're better off with protein bars from actual supplement brands.
