I been swimming a lot lately, almost everyday, as cardio, its the only cardio I enjoy. Can I swim if my muscles are still sore from previous day workout? I mostly just tread water for half hour to an hour. I don't feel any pain while swimming. Can I continue or am I over working my muscles?
