as in palms facing each other. is it alright to do them this way? and.. on the same day that i do these face pulls, i do external rotations with cables, is that ok? =o if you check my PD my last workout has it.

Did you set goals for these lifts or just build up to them as much as you could normally progress? I'm worried I'm selling my lifts short at the moment...worried about form and such
