Hey Dodo, sorry to bother you, but in your pullup article, you said something about brachioradialis pain. Could you check if this is it: http://www.askscooby.com/profile/?u=7604;sa=pictures;view=3125 I do not feel pain in the biceps (outside of soreness) but I do feel pain in the area marked when I try to fully stretch my arm. Anyway, what do you do about it? Is it harmful? I have never really done a beginner workout (jumped right in the teen workout, now doing intermediate), and my pullups is at 4-5, and pushups 30. So should I go back to the beginner workout, or keep doing as I'm doing if this is not harmful?
