Other than athletics and physical activities I find the arts music and cooking of interest. I also enjoy spending free time studying nutrition in regards to sports and health. Math is okay. I also watch T.V a lot, like long walks by the river, enjoy nature, plants, animals, and I love my dog. I also love eating food.

i was to fat about a year back and i reduced my fats within 3-4 months but after losing them my skin didnt got toned with my inner body and its hanging now what shall i do to get rid of this hanging skin?
