Just saw your latest blog post. Love it. Kalvin keeping it real. I've now switched entirely to calisthenics, as I don't have access to my uni gym over summer. Hopefully I can get some gnarly holding-cement pistol squats soon
I'll be sure to. The muscle up is the foundation of all the power moves performed by bar-athletes, learning it will be the foundation of serious strength and muscle gains using calisthenics.
