Currently have 6 trainees who come to my home gym to train on a regular basis:
(will update with pictures when i have time .. or you can check my journal if i ever decide to bring it back from the dead)

Gary - 20 years old, most devoted of all, same height build as me only half a year going but has improved greatly! ( although due to some family problems he had 1 month break)
but hes getting back into it!

He is my workout partner 90% of the time, and also my best friend. ( has been for 13 years now)
he was pretty skinny.. but his nutrition is ok in my book! he uses some algae extract supplements which i suggested to him, and i also use regularly, it helped him a great deal
Goal: Gain strength and muscle mass while keeping low BF% and getting a visible 8 pack

Radu - 19, taller and slightly broader build. As of this September he moved to Manchester, where he doesn't have access to equipment, so instead of his Push-Pull routine he loved so much, he will be doing a modified version of Wolf's advanced bodyweight routine
in general he tries his best, but he has a lot on his plate,
8 months going, he gained strength and you can see he is in better shape, but the nutrition is definitely lacking. he needs to stay focused..
Goal: gain mass, feel better, keep to a regime well enough, doesn't care about being "ripped".

David - 18.. he was the worst up until 3 6 months ago, since then he comes regularly and gives his best on each workout, and we do cardio together now (sometimes hard to get him moving).
He is tall, with broad shoulders and hips and he is pretty overweight, very strong, he has that powerlifter build going on,
only problem that's getting in the way of more weight loss is nutrition and not enough cardio, he's working 10 hours, so meal planning is a nightmare! and he likes to eat big portions in one sitting..
as of writing this he lost over 18 21 kilograms of fat!
Goal: Lose weight, get stronger and in general good shape, smoother with the ladies ( all he needs is a little confidence)

Adam - he is the youngest of the bunch ^^ .. 15, he's going with an alterred beginner routine, very skinny sickly kid, kinda like i was at his age, but he seems very serious and devoted. He has a lot of problems with his family, he recently got hurt bad, but even so is eager to come work out, that shows his dedication, that i greatly admire.
even tough he acts lazy all the time and i have to nudge him constantly to keep the rest times from flying, he is definitely devoted to changing things
nutrition doesn't seem to be an issue for now, cause he eats almost as much as i do, just slowly direct him to stay away from the junk and he'll be fine.
Goal: Gain mass, get stronger, enjoy himself in the process! Smiley AND QUIT SLACKING

Roland He is my newest trainee, my sister's co-worker. He's 24, He is a hard working guy who has 2 jobs and actually lives in a different city, only comes to work (and work out) here,
By what i've gathered he went to a gym before for about 5 months, and you can definitely see he wasn't in that bad of a shape, He has 3 day split routine with a bit more load then average, but then again he's not a beginner, i just advised him to slowly add in extra sets as time goes.
he has a slightly curved spine, so i had to do some extensive research to make sure i won't make him do something that could hurt him in the long run.
nutrition wise we do have slight problems, as he eats very well on extended weekends when he's at home, but not so well weekdays (Tue, Wed, Thu) so he works upper body 2 times a week on Mondays and on Fridays right before he leaves for home ( if he can manage to get here on time!)
Goal: Build mass, most importantly in upper body, build up arm strength, get a healthier back.

Szeby He's an ok guy, Adam's friend they workout together he's 16 and is more massively built, has a little extra on him, but i'm sure he'll use it up while growing.
he does what he's told but does get distracted, but at least he doesn't whine like Adam does, and he manages to get Adam doing his sets when he's lazy, so i like the guy Smiley
he is fairly strong, just needs to learn more control, he is definitely lacking in shoulder strnength, but cause of all the soccer he plays he has well balanced and developed legs.

Goal: Get in better shape, lose little extra he has, get stronger, be able to do 15 good form pullups and 50 pushups Smiley

Adam nr2 we just call him by his family name. he's 16, friends with the other Adam and Szebi
He's in pretty good shape, he does the workouts without question, and doesn't slack in form

The problem is his level of seriousness, doesn't come that often, he's more occupied with drinking and going out partying, doesn't care much methinks... might have to cut him (i mean no longer accept him! not literally cut him! what the hell were you thinking!?)
Goal: i don't really know, just bored and wanted to hang out with his friends i guess.

have 3 more trainees i deal with over the internet/phone occasional visits to their gym/house/backyard.
2 of them are girls, and i'm VERY proud of both of them!
Reny is a real hottie and shes one of the few hot girls i know who doesn't go on the "glute machine" but grabs a barbell and does Squats! and she's got the ass to prove it!
She has a lower body intensive routine with a minimum of 20 minutes of cardio each workout day.

Orsy was always tall, and her spine suffered a bit, she got over that but she was still weak, she started with being unable to do a single knee pushup. now she does 3 sets of 10 easy! and her joints aren't cracking anymore. i'm very proud of her for doing her best!

my last trainee to mention is Tomy - 20, who trains parkour and breakdancing mostly, and he does not have time to go to a gym.
BUT he has monkey bars! some vaulting boxes, a 4m high pole and a trampoline,
 so he has a special advanced bodyweight routine and is progressing nicely!
hell hes already better then me! ^^  

i DO NOT SEE ONE PENNY FOR THIS.
and i don't even accept their offers to help me out with getting the place (my home gym) polished up.

but as you can see i'm pretty busy with all these people and everything else i have to juggle each week. so sorry if i'm not around a lot Tongue

Well, i squatted 65kgs for 3 sets of 5 for my last workout, Deadlifted 80kg for a set of 5. Bench sucks ass and OHPed 40kgs for a single.

and hows your gym xD ?
