I am currently a college freshmen. I became active about the second half of my sophomore year by starting running, steadily building into what I currently am doing- cross country team, swim team, lifting. I enjoy being active, because in addition to helping my appearance, it really releases my stress and it is a great escape.
My Interests
Besides being active, I play guitar, watch some tv, and like to learn. I listen to lots of random music really, although I have a certain preferance for classical pieces, especially when they are interpreted modern style on guitar. Interestingly enough I also like Spanish music, some metal, some pop, eh really anything that sounds good.
And yes I do like to learn (but hate busy work highschool). My biggest passion for learning is probably language, I'm /almost/ bilingual (english+ semi-fluent spanish), but by the time I'm done I want to be at least trilingual (maybe japanese), or speak 4 languages.

helo...i want your advice...i m jogging 5m/h for 5 miles....(5 miles in 1 hour)....should i now increase my speed or the time.....i jog on the treadmill and my aim is to lose weight
thanx buddy....it has only been a month and i have lost 4lbs....i guess every week i'll be adding .5kms to my jog....any idea how much time will it take me to lose 20 lbs?
in one of your post u said that u had a chubby face but u got rid of it when u startes running....i am 20 lbs overweight and have a chubby face.....i jog 5 times a week at 5mp/h for 5.5 kms is that good enough? what do u suggest?
