Hehe thanks. Are you gonna put some more pics up soon?  Not sure, getting more acne(bacne) on my back, I'm a little worried about it. I might try get some more up when I get a little more tanned, but pics of my back are the most relevant because my main aesthetic goal is to get a wider back.

Pretty good workout today, did well on floor press, usual on flys and decided to go to failure on DB press and DB shoulder press. Also did DB shoulder press standing, instead of seated and alternating(one arm raised at a time). As usual, my front delts were so tired after the chest workout that I was forced to use an embarrassing weight. On track for 5X7 next week. If people are looking at this and seeing that I only improve reps/weight on one exercise, it's because that exercise is my main one for that body part. Floor press for chest, pull-ups for back, CGDP for triceps, chin-ups for biceps, hack squats and stiff legged deadlifts for legs.
