In case you're not aware I had a different progress diary. The reason why I'm making a new one is because on Friday I went to Open Mats. I was wrestling and my knee felt good and I was up there and no one beat me. I beat everyone from 140s-285. My 2 friends get there and they decided to tackle me from the back. They dropped me like a sack of bricks and AGAIN I landed on my knee. Wrestling career=over. I'm done and I want nothing to do with the sport any more. I'm tired of the injuries and everything I have to put into it to get nothing back. I have so many injuries from wrestling and for what? Nothing. So it's over. I'm just going to stick to bodybuilding now. Oh and I can't do squats/deadlifts for awhile now because I (quote from TwinMuscleWorkouts) "Snapped my shit". Re-calculating all my goals.
Thanks for your patience.
AGHH. that made me wince, shattering your knee, then landing on it again... if I was in your situation I probably would too. progress pic not showing up by the way.

That's because I haven't made any progress yet xD. Thanks for the support. A lot of people are probably going to give me shit (in real life) about quitting. It's just not worth it.

"Shit" are made to be ignored. One-mindedness is cool and all, but at the end of the day, you need to do whatever the * you want. I'd say that's a solid decision. Choose a sport less competitive (like bodybuilding), you just don't have to win and still be the best.

I hear you, since it sounds just like my life: First I broke my left shoulder rear delt joint, Then I broke my right knee joint, then I broke my right shoulder front delt joint connected to chest + rotator cuff. (Still recovering 5 aprox months to go) then I blinded my left eye and I couldn't see for 2 weeks, after that I broke my left foot-table, which is still recovering. But didin't give up, got right back on each and every time. Sometimes it's just right to be stubborn bastard & sometimes it's better to just recovery fully.
