I am not making excusses that clothes, slat, etc.. is the cause. I am keeping a food journal and yes salt is a part however this weekend and last I made some very poor choices food wise due to travelling and the heat. Hence why I want to put this new goal public so that I get the embarrasment of not meeting it. I am getting this undercontrol and will see the result in the next week or so.
Good luck man! I'm sure you'll make you goal. You can use sodium as a serious tool. If you go low sodium for the next couple days, you can probably take 5-7lbs off the scale.

damn last week 193.7 pheu! this week 192.2. Hopefully the start of the right direction. I figure to try to loose 15 to 20 try for abs for xmas.

Thanks the motivation is finally there. I have been coasting lately with the food intake. Still working out hard and long but need the re balance of the food. I hate summer with all the outdoor parties!!!

height is only 5'9" The 170lbs is the goal for 10% BF I may stop before.
Last week 192.3 lbs This week 191.2 lbs
Seem I have balanced it and heading in the right direction.

Interesting to see the different builds that we have....
In comparison - I'm 6', and have dropped to ~158 lbs, I must have a smaller frame, cause I've got more bf to loose before I see any abs.
Looked back and see how much he's dropped his waist size since he started loosing weight. Congrats!
