Feels like ages since I've been on here, my apologies. Essentially I've been having a tough few months with finishing college and a rather lazy month after that where I did not work out at all! I even had a weeks break from my beloved squash! I'll just say now that I've made some good progress in some things since I last posted here but also some negative progress in others. My Squat PB is 125kg for 8 my dead lifts have gone down slightly to 125kg for 5 and my bench has decreased to around 67.5 for 8.....however I am now curling 20kg for 8, which I am rather happy with considering I was only doing 7/8 for 16kg before my break...

Anyway I've started madcows progressive plan and here's Monday's workout from the 2nd week!

    Monday 25/7/11
    Squats
    5x115kg
    5x115kg
    5x115kg
    5x115kg
    5x115kg
    Bench
    5x50kg
    5x52.5kg
    5x57.5kg
    5x60kg
    4x70kg
    Rows
    5x50kg
    5x52.5kg
    5x57.5kg
    5x60kg
    5x65kg

Good session! Squats were hard due to the volume but 115 isn't that hard. Bench was good, was only supposed to do 65kg but wanted to try 70kg, 3 reps was easy just the last two were hard and I stalled half way up on the last, damn! Rows were ok, never liked them much! Anyway hopefully tomorrows workout will be good!

    Tuesday 2/08/11
    Squats
    5x60kg
    5x80kg
    5x105kg
    5x115kg
    5x127.5kg
    Bench
    5x55kg
    5x60kg
    5x62.5kg
    5x67.5kg
    4x72.5kg
    Rows
    5x55kg
    5x60kg
    5x62.5kg
    5x65kg
    5x67.5kg

Was a good session, missed Friday and did Monday's session today as I was on a squash tour from Friday to Monday and had very little sleep and way too much alcohol! Still today's was good, disappointed I couldn't get the 5 reps for the bench but it was a bigish step considering I only just managed 5 reps for 70kg last week.
