Squat: 155 x 5 155 x 5 155 x 5
Press: 75 x 5 75 x 5 75 x 5
Power Clean: 105 x 3 105 x 3 105 x 3 105 x 3 105 x 3
Chin Ups: BW x 6 BW x 4 BW x 6
Notes:
For some strange reason, i think i pulled an adductor while setting up for the press. I need to stretch hamstrings more. I think i will be able to make one or two more 10 lb jumps before i need to start making 5 lb jumps on squat. More focus on knees out and chest up and squat will be fine. Press felt good. Power cleans will take more getting used to but i was able to complete the sets. Im increasing the milk consumption to 10 cups a day at minimum.
Once i can get the chins for 6 reps across, im going to start adding weight to them.

Those are some pretty nice lifts. The Power Clean will definitely shoot up your strength for chin-ups; it has for me. I'll be following this one, and good luck!

Thanks. Power Cleans are really fun too! I feel extremely tired after the cleans and then, the next day, my traps and upper back is destroyed!

A physique that inspires me to keep going: Bill Pearl, Vegetarian Bodybuilder of the 50's: Im not sure if he is natural but he still had to be extremely dedicated to achieve that calbur of a physique. And then...there are the non ascetically pleasing, monstrous and disgusting: "I have muscle in every spot in my body. Does that make me cool?"

Im creating a new 4 day split that will focus on Bodybuilding.
It will consist of mainly the heavy lifts, followed by a couple isolation exercises.

Unless you consider synthetic testosterone natural, he's definitely on SOMETHING. Seeing how Jay Cutler overcame the odds in becoming the 09 Olympia, I'm infinitely motivated.

New Routine is ready to go!
Ill be running it for at minimum 16 weeks and then switch to madcows.
Here is the basic set up:
Mon: Back/Biceps Tues: 20 minutes of HIIT Wed: Shoulders/Traps/Abs Thurs: OFF(No cardio the day before leg day. EVER...) Fri: Legs Sat:Chest/Triceps/Abs Sun: 20 minutes of HIIT
I dont have a track near by and my neighborhood is filled with hills so im doing HIIT sprints on the treadmill. run at 10 mph for 30 seconds and hop of the sides for 30 seconds. Ill be doing more cardio when the need to drastically reduce bodyfat arises.

I like your set up chingman. You are spot on with leaving Thursday off. It leaves you fresh for legs day. Do you do anything Sunday?

I think its becomming all too easy to flame someone for good hard work, I also think he was amongst a very few of the last to resist drugs and stay natural. if you have time here`s a lil info about Bill Pearl...cheers http://www.billpearl.com/documents.asp?d=1

Sunday is supposed to be 20 minutes of HIIT. Ive tried doing cardio before leg day but my squats suffered terribly from the running the day before.
