I forgot). Anyway: After that will probably train a bit more BB like to give my joints some rest

Sunday - February 5th, 2012
Speed DLs: 3x3x62 kg
Deadlift: 1x5x127 kg
Dumbbell Press: 3x12x12 kg
Pull-Up: 3x5xBW+2 kg
BB Drag Curl: 3x8x24.5 kgWas a good workout imo considering that I drank quite some alcohol at Friday and was dead whole Saturday xD Went partying and needed to kill the 2L Sangria bottle that was left from my birthday - don't worry I usually don't drink  Anyway did dumbbell presses - haven't done them since...2010 or maybe even 2009? Lol. Went as expected: Higher reps and DBs instead of BB leads to a lot less weight used ^^ Will see what I can do. Maybe reduce to 3x8 and see where it gets me. Felt good on joints tho. Reduced weight for drag curls a little to manage 3x8 (compared to last week). Pull-Ups went quite superb and gonna keep them for a while.

Seems my body is in perfect condition to blow some new PRs ^.^ NOT. you never know until you try. isn't it okay in most cases unless you have a fever? you only gain strength and size through lifting heavier weights. what's the point in a progress diary if you're not trying to progress lol? always light days because of a runny nose or a stubbed toe or whatever. If you're only sleeping 4 hours a day, sleep more!
